Yee Fung Laksa: Good Tasting Laksa in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia

Having visited Kota Kinabalu a couple of times, I would always look forward to a hot piping soup of that savory, creamy, and spicy laksa soup from Yee Fung. Conveniently located in Gaya Street, one cannot miss this place because most people would really flock to get a seat at this most coveted breakfast place in the area. Never did I visit Yee Fung without waiting in line.

Yee Fung caters to both locals and non locals. The menu is pretty straight forward too. They offer an assortment of noodles from Ngau Chap (beef noodle soup), fish balls, and chicken wonton noodles, both dry and with soup, and of course, the best tasting Laksa.

Glorious, glorious bowl of delicious Laksa!
RM 9 / PHP 120 / USD 2.22

I usually order Teh Tarik, to help me wash down this delicious laksa. They also offer an array of refreshing drinks which is another thing that I adore about Malaysia!

Teh Tarik Ping
RM 3.50 / PHP 46 / USD 0.86

A match made in heaven!

Also ordered Lemon Iced Tea for RM 2.50 / PHP 33 / USD 0.62

As what I have said, this in the heart of Gaya Street, and you will never miss it because it is packed most times of the day, particularly during breakfast and weekends when Gaya Street is buzzling with activities for the weekend market. Order a bowl or two of Laksa! Go!
