They would require for you to make a
reservation through their online reservation system. I went to their facebook
page, looked for the link and filled out a form indicating the details of our
reservation. They will confirm your reservation through your email and would
ask you to make a down payment to be paid within 48 hours of reservation. Here

Shrimp Roll Brioche was an instant favorite of mine because of the delicious brioche bread and the delectable shrimp filling. Worked really well with the sauce that came with it. |
Stuff from the Carving and bbq station. Grilled Salmon, Grilled Hungarian Sausage, Bellychon, and superb sides of Pesto Pasta Salad, Baby Potatoes, and Grilled Veggies |
Good Old Sisig. Ok, but not the best that I have tasted. |
They have a wide array of drinks to choose
from. Local beers like San Mig Light, Super Dry and Pale Pilsen are available,
house red and white wine are also being offered, as well as different cocktails
like Margarita, Screwdriver, Tequila Sunrise, and Cuba Libre.
Our server, Joyce is absolutely attentive and
went above and beyond to make sure that our needs are met during the whole
time. There were quite a few guests during our visit and so the serving time is
quite slow, which is I think annother downside. It usually takes around 15 to
20 minutes before the order arrives on our table so I suggest you already
request for multiple food items in one order.
There were still a lof of food items that we were not able to try because we were stuffed by the ones we have ordered. I remember wanting to get the Korean Chicken and Waffles, the Gyudon and Chicken Katsu Curry, other meats from the grilled station and more drinks. My mouth wants it but my tummy says stop!
We ended our meal with the desserts theyre offering such as the Churros con Chocolate and different flavors of Ice Cream.

The overall ambiance of the place is delightful! The fresh and cool sea breeze and the wonderful view of the Manila bay in itself is a treat when you visit the Sunset Bar of the Sofitel. The food truck set up with the al fresco dining add a unique flair and I was really happy to be out for once after being stuck at home for many months. I felt safe and relaxed the whole time we were there. The food in general is fantastic. The taste is splendid as Sofitel is guaranteed to whip up great tasting food. The breads used in the sandwiches are heavenly mainly because Sofitel's boulangerie is one of the best in the metro. Overall I'd give the Sunset Bar Food Truck 4/5!
