One Perfect Breakfast (Universal Bakery's Mamon and Ensaymada)



Starting the day by having a great breakfast meal will make or break your day. Sharing one of my best breakfast ever.

Perhaps, Universal bakery in San Pedro Laguna is a local pride. They have one of the best mamon and ensaymada I have ever tasted.

I've lived in San Pedro for most of my life and yup, Universal does have great mamon and ensaymada (the one with bacon! wooh!). Their Pinagong (the small ones or the larger loaf type) are good too, pwedeng walang palaman :) Glad they're getting some kind of press.

^ you should be proud that San Pedro has this. Definitely a treat that you guys should be proud of. I love the bacon/ham bits in it, and the mamon is definitely heaven too!
